Our Services 

Initial Assessment: Upon receiving your garments, our team carefully examines each item to identify the fabric type, specific care instructions, and any areas requiring special attention. We also discuss any preferences or concerns you may have.

Sorting and Preparation: Clothes are sorted by color, fabric type, and washing requirements. Delicate items are separated to prevent any damage during the hand wash process.

Stain Pre-Treatment: We inspect each garment for stains and apply appropriate pre-treatment solutions to target and break down stains before washing. This step includes spot cleaning for tough stains.

Gentle Hand Washing: Using mild, pH-balanced detergents, we hand wash each garment in lukewarm water. We gently agitate the water to loosen dirt and stains without causing stress to the fabric fibers. For particularly delicate items, we may use a soaking method instead of agitation.

Water Extraction: We carefully squeeze out excess water from the garments without wringing them, which can damage the fibers. For more delicate items, we may use a blotting technique with clean towels to remove moisture.

Air Drying: Garments are laid flat or hung to air dry, depending on the fabric type and garment construction. We ensure proper ventilation to speed up the drying process and prevent mold and mildew growth. Items that should not be hung, such as knits, are laid flat on drying racks.

Folding or Hanging: Depending on your preference and the type of garment, we either fold the items neatly or place them on hangers. Hanging garments are covered with protective garment bags to prevent wrinkles and dust.

Packaging: Hand-washed garments are packaged carefully to keep them in pristine condition until you’re ready to use them. Folded items are placed in protective bags, and hanging items are covered to prevent any damage during transportation.

Pickup or Delivery: You can choose to pick up your hand-washed garments at your convenience or use our delivery service. We offer flexible delivery schedules to fit your lifestyle.
